1. Shipping Charges:
Free for orders above ₹999and ₹49 for all other orders
2. Cancellations:
Once the order is placed, it can be cancelled by contacting our customer care via email within 24 hours of placing the order. Click contact us page for the same.
2A. If the order has not been shipped yet:
We will cancel the order and the refund will be processed within 7 working days to the SAME mode of payment. If you want faster refunds, you can request us to refund it in your BlueAura Wallet. You can use this wallet balance to make payment for any future order. If amount available in wallet is less than your future order with us, then you can pay the remaining amount by standard mode of payment. For example, if you place an order worth ₹699 via your SBI Net banking, you will have two options. Either you get it back in your same SBI account (7 days waiting time) or you get it in your BlueAura wallet (Instantly). If you chose the wallet option, you will get the refund of ₹699 instantly in your wallet. This is good if you want to purchase something else from us in future. In case you do not want to purchase anything from us in near future, you can choose the first option and get the refund in your SBI bank. If your next order is worth ₹999, then while checking out you can pay ₹699 from your wallet balance and the remaining ₹300 can be paid by any other method. If your next order is worth ₹499 then you can pay the whole amount of ₹499 via wallet only and the wallet balance will become ₹200 that you can again use in any future payment.
2B. If the order has been shipped already:
In this situation, we cannot cancel the order and initiate a refund from our end. You will have to wait for the courier to attempt delivery. At the time of delivery please refuse it. Once the item is received by us, we will initiate the refund. Again, you will have an option to receive it either in your original mode of payment or in your BlueAura Wallet.
3. Returns:
Once you receive an item, you will have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Please contact our customer care via contact us page for the same. Once the return is approved you can ship the item back to us via a reliable courier. Please ensure that the packing is done in such a way that the item does not get lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive the item, we will do a quality check and once satisfied, we will issue the return right away. As in the case of cancellations, you will have option to get the refund back to your original mode of payment or into your BlueAura Wallet. For details please read cancellation details as above.
Please note the following points to make cancellations and returns easier.
3A. Please do not accept any order if seal is broken or not intact at the time of delivery. We will not be able to entertain any damage claimed by you in such cases.
3B. Items returned must be unused, unwashed and unsoiled and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
3C. All items purchased from BlueAuraapparels.com can be returned for a full refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. The entire refund amount will be credited back into your BlueAura wallet or to your original mode of payment.
3D. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
Once we receive your return, a quality check will be performed on the returned items by our quality team. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags and returned within 7 days.
3E. In case of self-shipped returns, an amount of ₹99 will be reimbursed in your account towards shipping costs in the form of BlueAura wallet balance.
3F. Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
